Billing itself as Portland's Most Famous New Years Eve Party, this lavish celebration has been taking place since 1990, serving over 40,000 celebrants with a safe and fun environment in which to enjoy 18 bars and a host of entertainers and dance floors spanning the hotel's Grand Ballroom, Sky Lounge, and Disco Ballroom. Featured elements of this black-tie event include party favors galore, abundant confetti cannons, and enormous balloon drops.

Portland New Year's Eve Party Cruise 2022 - On the Boardwalk

Ski Bowl New Years Eve Extravaganza

Location: Mt. Hood National Park

This family-friendly annual event has taken place on Mount Hood for more than 30 years. It features live DJs, winter games, a parade by torchlight from the Upper to Lower Bowl, a midnight performance with a champagne toast, and not one but two fireworks displays.
